The big reason to restart the blog is the arrival of Baby McGee, due June 12, and the parental hijinx that will surely follow. I have zero experience with newborns, so everyday should be a learning experience for both me and Baby McGee. Send your sympathies to Elise.
We don't know if it's a boy or girl, so there's still time to get your bets in. The majority of guessers so far believe that it's a boy, based mostly on hunches and a the application of old wives' tales. We will see.
We are at 37 weeks now, but here's a quick video of a waving baby from the 20-week ultrasound. Hello world.
More news on this front as it develops, to be sure.
